How much does a company website cost in 2026?
The price of a website depends mainly on its scope: how many pages it has, who prepares the content and which features are needed. That is why, instead of one “from – to” amount, the calculator builds the quote from specific elements. Below are examples of how it looks for typical companies:
| Scope | Net price |
|---|---|
| A business-card site, 1 page | €305 |
| A small company site, 4 pages (e.g. home, services, about, contact) | €365 |
| A company site, 6 pages, basic SEO, a blog and a gallery | €425 |
| An extended site, 10 pages, content, SEO, a blog, a second language version and a Google Business Profile | €615 |
| A WooCommerce online store | from €930 |
I add 23% VAT to every amount. You will find more about the components of the cost in the guide to website costs (in Polish), and the full list of services and plans in the pricing.
What does a website quote consist of?
| Element | Net price |
|---|---|
| Base: a business-card site (1 page, mobile version, SSL, GDPR, editing panel, form and map) | €305 |
| Each additional page | €19 |
| Basic SEO and submission to Google | €12 |
| Blog or gallery | €12 |
| Writing the content (per page) | €5.95 |
| A second language version | €36 |
| Setting up a Google Business Profile | €19 |
Custom features, such as online booking, payments or integrations with external systems, I quote separately after a short conversation, before I start work.
What is included in the price of every site?
- a design matched to your industry, fully responsive (phone, tablet, computer);
- an SSL certificate, GDPR compliance and a privacy policy;
- a panel for editing texts, photos and prices yourself;
- a contact form and a Google map;
- help with the domain, hosting and company email;
- 12 months of care included: updates, backups and monitoring;
- a video training on how to use the site (for sites with several pages).
What is not included: domain, hosting and materials
You pay for the domain and hosting directly to the hosting company, usually a few hundred zlotys a year for both. That way the site always stays on your account and you are not dependent on me. I help you choose a reliable company and configure everything. The price also does not include buying paid stock photos or extensive photo shoots, if you need them.
A website or an online store: what changes the cost?
A company site presents your offer and collects enquiries. A store sells, so it needs online payments, shipping, product variants, terms and more thorough testing. That is why a WooCommerce store starts at €930 net, while a company website starts at €305 net. If you sell several services or packages and do not need a cart, a site with a good enquiry form is often enough.
How to lower the cost of a website without losing quality?
- Start with the most important. A first version with the key pages starts working for you, and you can add the rest later.
- Prepare the content. Ready texts and photos shorten the work, and your own photos build trust better than stock ones.
- Combine similar topics. Two similar services often look better on one well-designed page.
- Postpone the add-ons. A blog, a second language version or a Google Business Profile can be added after launch.
