WOOCOMMERCE INTEGRATIONS

WooCommerce integrations with ERP, CRM and invoicing, so that data doesn't need retyping.

If after every order someone retypes data into an invoicing system, a warehouse or a CRM, it can be automated. I build custom integrations of a WooCommerce store with external systems, with queues, retries and an error report.

I build this to order, around your rules. Describe your project and I will reply with questions and a preliminary quote, usually within one business day.

WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

The store and the rest of the company live separately

Signs that an integration will pay off.

  • You retype data by hand

Orders from WooCommerce reach invoices, the warehouse or the CRM through copy and paste.

  • Errors come out late

You discover missing invoices and unsynced stock only when a customer asks.

  • Plugins don't get along

Ready-made add-ons don't handle your process or create duplicate data.

What an integration can include

The scope depends on the API and the processes on both sides. That is why I start with an analysis.

  • 01

    Orders to systems

Passing orders to an ERP, an invoicing system, a warehouse or a CRM after payment.

  • 02

Data from systems to the store

Fulfilment statuses, shipment numbers, invoices, stock levels.

  • 03

    Webhooks and APIs

Reacting to events in near real time instead of checking periodically.

  • 04

    Queues and retries

When the system on the other side is briefly unavailable, the task waits and runs again.

  • 05

    Protection against duplicates

A retried event doesn't create a second document. The operations are idempotent.

  • 06

    Monitoring and error report

A notification when something fails, along with information on what to fix.

SEE THE PROCESS

The flow of an order to an external system

Follow one order: the event in the store, the queue, the external system and the confirmation for the customer.

Demo

The demo requires JavaScript.

Sample data and a simplified look. The type of system (ERP, CRM, warehouse, accounting) depends on your process.

This is just an example. I will build it around your case.

You do not need a specification. A few sentences about what should work is enough.

MadeIT InPost

A custom plugin (MadeIT Labs)

Task
Send shipments and labels without leaving the WooCommerce orders panel.
What was done
A plugin connecting the store to the InPost ShipX API: shipments, PDF labels and cash on delivery from the order screen.

What the rollout looks like

  1. 01

    API and process analysis

I check the documentation and capabilities of the systems on both sides. I don't promise an integration that can't be done.

  2. 02

    Flow design

We establish what data, in which direction, when and what happens on an error.

  3. 03

    Build and tests

I write the integration and test it on test data, and then on a controlled group of orders.

  4. 04

    Monitoring after launch

I watch the first days of operation and document how to react to errors.

FAQ

Questions about WooCommerce integrations

Which systems can WooCommerce be integrated with?
With those that have an API, webhooks or a data export. Before I quote, I check the documentation of the specific system. I don't promise an integration with a system I can't get access to.
Isn't a ready-made integration plugin enough?
Sometimes it is, and then I will say so. A custom integration makes sense when a ready-made plugin doesn't handle your process, creates duplicates or is too costly to maintain.
What happens when the system on the other side is down?
The task waits in the queue and is retried. I design the operations so that a retry doesn't create duplicate documents.
Who gets the information about errors?
We agree this in the project: an email notification, a panel with a list of failed tasks, or both.
Does the integration code stay with me?
Yes. You get access and documentation, so you are not dependent on me.

Describe which systems should connect

The name of the system and a description of what you do by hand today is enough. I will check the API myself.

  • →I reply personally, usually within one business day.
  • →I check the availability of the API before the quote.
  • →You get a proposal for the scope and a quote.

Which systems should exchange data and in which direction? A few sentences are enough.

Add detail (optional, speeds up the quote)

E.g. ERP, CRM, an invoicing system, a courier, a warehouse.
