Jakob - an online store

For Jakob, a Polish maker of hats and winter accessories, I created a modern and functional online store based on WordPress and WooCommerce. The aim of the project was to refresh the company’s image and make it easier for retail and wholesale customers to shop online.

I designed a clear page layout, took care of intuitive navigation, product filters and an optimised ordering process. The whole store was adapted to mobile devices and enriched with the brand’s branding elements.

The jakob.pl site is an example of a project where not only aesthetics mattered but also effectiveness: the store runs fast, is simple to use and is ready for further growth.

  • A responsive front end (HTML5, SCSS, JS)
  • Performance optimisation (lazy load, WebP, minification)
  • Interactive UI components (sticky menu, animations, sliders)
  • Integration with WordPress and editable content blocks
  • Modular code based on good practices (DRY, components)
